  • Sunscreen Test Lab Used Fewer Subjects Than Reported, US Prosecutors Allege

    The owner of AMA Labs, which provides testing for cosmetic, drug, medical device and other products, was arrested on charges of wire fraud and conspiracy following an indictment in New York federal court.
