Agile innovation is a set of methodologies that represent a faster, more efficient and collaborative way to work. A recent Bain & Company survey found that while the vast majority of health care executives said they needed to be more agile, they admitted to not being familiar with the formal process as it wasn’t used in their workplace. In Vivo looks at the study findings including a lack of of consensus on the meaning of “agile,” the common understanding that the product is not enough by itself, and the growing need to be more responsive to customers.
